“System for metal coated fiber fabrication”
Introduce metal-coated fiber. Melt the Aluminum by induction heating during drawing the fibers on the tower. Describe a design for making Aluminum coating fibers by freezing technique. Show the details of the coating system.
The first chapter introduces advantages and applications of metal coated fiber, and also compare the metal coated fiber with polymer coated fiber.
The second chapter talks the induction heating which we will use to melt aluminum during drawing fibers which coating it.
Then show the steps of making glass fibers in the tower. This process is applied in both polymer coated fiber fabrication and metal coated fiber.
Next I show the design for the metal coating system.
