WHO IS INVITED:
Office of Research & School of Optics/CREOL faculty, staff & students + friends and families; SPIE staff, AeroSense attendees, School of Optics/CREOL Affiliates, Partners and Friends, Plus any high level UCF administrator wanting to feast on fine food and mingle with the masses

MENU:
Grain products (solid and liquid!) and Cajun Cuisine cooked in grand style by Cajun Master Chefs: the Clausen and Soileau Teams, + Barb Van Stryland

ACTIVITIES:
Eating, drinking and being merry! Music by the famous Quantum Beats (with a mystery guest saxophonist from Washington DC!!) Volleyball, basketball, croquet, tug -o’war, Gator stalking on Lake Jesup, fishing (bring your own gear), pie eating contest, etc…

Just an “RSVP” phone call or email to the Receptionist, School of Optics/CREOL (407) 823-6800.(email:creol@mail.ucf.edu) When you RSVP you get DOOR PRIZE TICKETS! PLEASE STOP BY THE CREOL RECEPTION DESK TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS, OR, when you call to RSVP ask that your tickets be set aside for pickup at the party. Please ask for one ticket for each person in your group. (The cooks need a “headcount!”)
