Industrial Affiliates Membership Levels
There are four levels of membership in the Industrial Affiliates Program.
- Affiliate Member. Any individual, corporation,
or organization that donates $1000 in cash, or $3,000 of new equipment, annually
to the Center.
- Senior Member. Any individual, corporation, or
organization that donates $3000 in cash, or $10,000 of new equipment, annually to
the Center.
- Medallion Member. Any individual, corporation,
or organization making a donation in excess of $10,000 in cash annually, or $50,000
of new equipment, services or other products. A combination of at least $5,000 in
cash and $10,000 or more of new equipment, services or other products may also qualify.

- Life Member. Any individual, corporation, or
organization that participates in the University’s Eminent Scholar’s Program that
results in the creation of an Endowed Professorship in CREOL, The College of Optics
& Photonics. These donations are eligible for the State Matching Gifts Program.
Life Members and President’s Medallion Members are automatically conferred membership
in the President’s Medallion Society. The corporate designee is presented with the
university’s President’s Medallion in a special ceremony at the annual donor’s dinner
of the UCF Foundation. Life Members are also granted a permanent seat on CREOL,
The College of Optics & Photonics Board of Visitors, an advisory committee made
up of the nation’s leaders in optics and lasers.
