High school student Matthew Chun wins multiple awards for work done with Professor Romain Gaume's group during Summer 2012

  1. National Society of Professional Engineers/Professional Engineers in Industry: Innovative Engineering Award for "most outstanding engineering project"
  2. Yale Science and Engineering Association Award for being "the most outstanding 11th grade student exhibiting in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Chemistry."
  3. Second place in the Engineering, Materials and Bioengineering category.
  4. Qualified as a finalist for (the largest and most prestigious secondary school science fair in the world!), the 2013 International Science and Engineering Fair.
Matthew will be back at CREOL this summer to continue his excellent work.
